Quality janitorial service is a very important aspect of The Pinnacle. Standard housekeeping service, provided for tenants, entails five (5) days per week service that includes dusting, emptying wastebaskets, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping of hard surface floors, cleaning and restocking of restrooms.
The Property Management office will make frequent inspections of tenant areas to monitor the quality of janitorial service, and meetings will be held regularly with the cleaning supervisor to assess performance.
Above standard cleaning is available (private restroom cleaning, kitchen detailing) by contacting the Property Management office at The.Pinnacle@jll.com. The cleaning supervisor will coordinate the services with you and a separate charge will be billed accordingly.
Should janitorial services be required during the day, please contact the Property Management office so that a Day Porter / Maid may be dispatched.
The Property Management office has “TRASH” stickers available for your use on items that need to be disposed, but cannot be placed in a receptacle, due to the size. Please remember that all cardboard boxes must be broken down; otherwise, the janitorial company will not remove the boxes.
